Supervisor approval, even offline
One-time signed codes approve credit, returns, discounts, geofence and negative-stock exceptions on the road, and the office reconciles every code.
The ERP for distribution companies
From the van to the office to your ERP. Rivo runs your route sales offline, controls cash and stock every day, and posts clean transactions to your books.
One flow, no re-typing. Every document made on the road reaches the office and your ERP with a full audit trail.
Salesmen sell, collect and take returns on a rugged handset, even with no signal. Invoices print with QR at the door.
Supervisors, storekeepers and accountants approve returns, check stock and settle each van at day-end.
Approved transactions post to your ERP automatically, and tax invoices carry their ZATCA QR code.
Why Rivo
Journey plans tell each van where to go. GPS decides whether it really got there.
Daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit patterns, a stop order for each weekday, and weekly changes to add or drop a customer.
Each customer has a GPS location and a fence: 150 m by default, and you can change it for your company. Outside it, the salesman can collect but not sell, and strict customers stay blocked until a supervisor approves.
Old or inaccurate locations are not trusted, fake-GPS apps are caught, and the server checks every visit again with the same rules as the handset.
An unplanned visit needs a reason, skipping the planned stop order needs a supervisor, and journey-plan compliance shows up in reports.
The customer location is captured on the first visit. Salesmen can propose a correction, but only the office can approve it.
One-time signed codes approve credit, returns, discounts, geofence and negative-stock exceptions on the road, and the office reconciles every code.
The handset sells, collects and prints fully offline, then syncs silently when the signal returns. Nothing is re-typed.
The app stays locked until the day starts. At day-end the storekeeper checks the unload and the accountant settles the cash with their own password.
Returns are capped to what is left on the original invoice, credited at the price sold, held for office approval, and free goods come back in proportion.
Credit limits by value and by overdue days, customer dues on the handset, and card payments without an approval number held as pending verification.
Price lists, customer contracts, categories, discount limits and tiered promotions with free goods, applied on the handset automatically.
Start with van sales today. Finance, purchasing and production join the same system as they launch.
Cash and credit sales, collections, returns, stock on the van, printing and day-end, all working offline.
Customers, price lists and contracts, approvals, van stock and reports for every branch.
General ledger, receivables, payables and VAT in the same system.
Suppliers, purchase orders, receiving and supplier invoices.
Recipes, production orders and yields for food producers.
A fast handset app for salesmen and a clear control room for the office.
