Supervisor approval, even offline
One-time signed codes approve credit, returns, discounts, geofence and negative-stock exceptions on the road, and the office reconciles every code.
Most sales apps record what the salesman says happened. Rivo checks it: where he was, which customer was planned, what he sold and what cash came back.
default geofence around every customer, and you can change it
documents re-typed in the office
per exception, signed and reconciled
reports ready on day one
From the first tap to the last riyal, every step is controlled.
Every screen stays locked until the day starts and the van load is confirmed. Opening stock is what the van really carries.
Today’s customers in today’s order, with dues, last order and a suggested quantity ready before the door opens.
GPS confirms the van is at the customer. The invoice prints with its QR code, and cash or card is recorded on the spot.
Credit over the limit, a return, a discount or an off-plan visit: the salesman calls, gets a one-time code, and the office sees it later.
The storekeeper confirms the unload, the accountant settles the cash with their own password, and every document is already in the office.
Why Rivo
Journey plans tell each van where to go. GPS decides whether it really got there.
Daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit patterns, a stop order for each weekday, and weekly changes to add or drop a customer.
Each customer has a GPS location and a fence: 150 m by default, and you can change it for your company. Outside it, the salesman can collect but not sell, and strict customers stay blocked until a supervisor approves.
Old or inaccurate locations are not trusted, fake-GPS apps are caught, and the server checks every visit again with the same rules as the handset.
An unplanned visit needs a reason, skipping the planned stop order needs a supervisor, and journey-plan compliance shows up in reports.
The customer location is captured on the first visit. Salesmen can propose a correction, but only the office can approve it.

The handset sells, collects and prints fully offline, then syncs silently when the signal returns. Nothing is re-typed.
The app stays locked until the day starts. At day-end the storekeeper checks the unload and the accountant settles the cash with their own password.
Returns are capped to what is left on the original invoice, credited at the price sold, held for office approval, and free goods come back in proportion.
Credit limits by value and by overdue days, customer dues on the handset, and card payments without an approval number held as pending verification.
Price lists, customer contracts, categories, discount limits and tiered promotions with free goods, applied on the handset automatically.
Arabic receipts on Bluetooth printers, with a ZATCA QR code on every tax invoice and advance payments invoiced with VAT.
Photo evidence for returns, plus optional shelf checks, out-of-stock, competitor prices and surveys at the customer.
Coverage and strike rate, journey-plan compliance, geofence exceptions, ageing, VAT and cash settlement, with Excel export and Power BI.
Barcode scanning, repeat-order suggestions, low-stock and near-expiry warnings, sales orders and van-to-van transfers.
Each company’s data kept separate, handsets enrolled with a one-time code, an offline PIN, and licences you can switch off instantly.
Arabic and English on the handset and the back office, including printed receipts.
