What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website. Data that our customers process inside the Rivo software is governed by our customer agreements, where the customer controls that data and we process it on their behalf.

Data we collect

When you request a demo: your name, company, job title, mobile number, email, city, number of vans and your message.

When you browse: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange a demo and send you a quote, based on your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Demo requests are handled by our website provider (Cloudflare) and our email service, and may be processed outside Saudi Arabia under the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Only Rivo staff who handle sales can see them.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to sales@rivoerp.com. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
