No. Rivo is hosted for you. A dedicated server is optional and quoted separately.
What counts as a van?
Each active route with a handset. Office users are not counted.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few weeks: data import, ERP connection, device setup and training, then a pilot before the full fleet.
